With this special Marrakesh luxury cooking class we will make some special festival dishes. You first go shopping on the market in the souks with Karim, a modern Moroccan husband who learned traditional cooking form his mother in the Atlas Mountains. In the market we will buy fresh vegetables, fresh and dried herbs and spices. Karim will explain about the kitchen and Moroccan habits regarding food, different meals and what to eat at a wedding or festival. And then we will start making our own festival dinner. At the end we will enjoy e delicious dinner at the rooftop terrace of the Riad and a nice glass of Moroccan wine will be served.
